The founder of JC Metalworks, Jack Chauhan, has chosen to undertake a personal challenge while aiding a worthwhile cause. He is participating in the London Marathon 2023, he will be raising money for Rainbows. Jack has always enjoyed being physically active and participating in a variety of sports. His passion for running has led him to participate in a number of marathons and half-marathons in the past. But, he has never attempted the London Marathon before, and he has set himself a personal aim of completing the route in under 6 hours.

London Marathon 2023

Recognized for its heartening community spirit and sense of unity, the London Marathon is the largest and most renowned marathon in the UK. It serves as an inspiration and the ultimate test of endurance for numerous runners. Covering a distance of 26.2 miles, the route includes numerous iconic landmarks, including Tower Bridge and Buckingham Palace. The event draws in approximately 50,000 runners and thousands of onlookers.

Jack’s involvement in the London Marathon and his fundraising initiatives for Rainbows have our full support. Rainbows Hospice for Children and Young People

Rainbows is a UK-based charity which offers assistance and care to children and teenagers who have terminal illnesses as well as to their families. They provide a number of services, including support for grief, end-of-life care, and respite care.

The Rainbows organization performs exceptionally well in offering a glimmer of hope to families experiencing such overwhelming circumstances. Their mission is to assist each child and young person in realizing their full potential, while also aiding families in making the most of every valuable moment. They capture memories that can be cherished forever.

Jack has been moved by the very inspirational work that Rainbows does and the amazing influence that the organisation has made on so many people’s lives.

Physical Fitness

Jack is dedicated to maintaining his physical fitness. He enjoys running a lot and works out frequently to keep in shape. He thinks that sustaining a healthy lifestyle is crucial for both physical and emotional well-being, and he encourages everyone to do the same.

His dedication to leading a healthy lifestyle serves as a reminder that success is about more than simply professional and commercial accomplishments. It also involves prioritising one’s health and welfare and caring for oneself. We are all inspired by his commitment to exercising and running, and we appreciate his guidance and support in this regard.

His sense of humour is also one of his most appealing characteristics. He has a fun-loving side to him which helps him to stay positive and young at heart.

Jack is 66 years old, but he hasn’t let it stop him in the slightest. His age is actually a source of encouragement for all of us since it demonstrates how willpower and tenacity can get through any challenge and helps to stay fit both physically and mentally.

Preparing for the run

Jack has been working hard to prepare for the marathon by logging numerous hours of jogging each week to increase his stamina and endurance. To be ready for the challenging 26.2-mile route, he has been following a tight training schedule that combines long-distance running, interval training, and strength training. His devotion to his training schedule and his fundraising initiatives for Rainbows are strong indications of his unshakeable dedication to changing the world for the better.
