With over 25 years of experience in metal fabrication, Jason is an industry expert and the driving force behind the company’s success. Jason is responsible for developing and executing our strategic vision and leading our team to achieve their goals.
Outside of work, Jason loves to travel around the UK and Europe with his family and he’s also an avid runner who regularly participates in national marathons. He is committed to giving back to the community and supports a number of charities including Rainbows, which provides vital support to children with life-limiting illnesses and their families.
Philip Vose
Financial Controller
With a wealth of expertise, Phil manages our financial operations, providing valuable insights, which help guide strategic decision-making. Phil also leads our ‘digital evolution’ initiative, a crucial aspect of our strategy to ensure optimal business operations. He is always looking for ways to improve efficiency and reduce costs and ensures that all processes and procedures are properly implemented and followed.
During his leisure time, Phil oversees the cricket and football committees of Anstey and Glenfield. He is an active member of a walking group and has a passion for traveling, drawing inspiration from Michael Palin.
Neil Radford
Commercial Manager
Neil brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team, having been at JC for 7 years. Prior to joining us, he spent a decade in project management within the retail POS industry.
With a sharp eye for identifying new opportunities, Neil develops and implements sales and marketing strategies to further establish the brand in the UK market. Neil also oversees our customer services and support, ensuring the highest levels of client satisfaction. He believes that dedication and honesty are key to gaining trust and building long-term relationships.
During his leisure time, he enjoys watching football and Formula 1 and takes every chance to go on long walks in the Peak District and Cornwall.
Daniel Marriott
Operations Manager
A specialist in design engineering, Dan has an impressive track record of translating complex concepts into efficient, cost-effective designs. At JC, Dan oversees the operational process keeping it aligned with our strategic objectives. He takes a long-term view of the site, planning and implementing strategies to develop and improve. With a right-first-time mindset, he is continuously looking for ways to optimise our design and production processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs without compromising quality.
Outside of work, Dan is often on an ‘adventure’ with his young daughter, sneaking an odd evening out with his wife or learning a new DIY skill to put to use around the house.
