We use fibre laser cutting, CNC punching and press brake forming to fabricate HVAC components. In-house dimensional checks help verify fabricated parts against customer drawings.

If engineering changes are required during production, JC Metalworks can review revised drawings and assess any changes to fabrication requirements and agreed production schedules.
What protective finishes are available for outdoor HVAC enclosures?
JC Metalworks offers powder coating for sheet metal components and works with materials including galvanised steel, stainless steel and aluminium. Material and finishing requirements can be discussed for each application.

What materials and sheet sizes can you work with for HVAC enclosures?
JC Metalworks works with CR4, hot rolled steel, galvanised steel, Zintec, stainless steel and aluminium, processing sheet sizes up to 3000 × 1500mm and thicknesses up to 16mm. Projects outside this range may also be accommodated, with cutting outsourced where required and the majority of fabrication retained in-house.
