A dedicated resource and processes for checking quality standards

Built to exact standard—every time.

We build quality into every stage of fabrication and machining—so your parts fit, perform, and arrive right first time every time.

Quality at a glance

  • Tight tolerance control (down to ±0.1 mm where specified)
  • 5S workplace discipline for consistent output
  • 100% first-off / first-article sign-off before batch runs
  • Zero tolerance for compromised workmanship
  • Continuous evolution of confirmation techniques

Our quality system: 5S on the shop floor

5S keeps our workplace organised and repeatable—reducing errors, improving safety, and supporting consistent build quality.

  • Sort: remove what’s not needed for the job
  • Set in order: tools and fixtures stored so the right item is found first time
  • Shine: cleaning doubles as inspection to spot wear, leaks, and drift early
  • Standardise: clear work instructions at point of use
  • Sustain: regular audits and ownership at cell level

In-process inspection and verification

Quality is built in, not checked in at the end. We use clear inspection points to catch issues early and prevent rework.

  • Incoming material checks: verify specs and traceability before work starts
  • First-off / first-article inspection: signed approval before batch production in each department
  • In-process checks: measured key dimensions to monitor drift
  • Weld & surface checks: visual inspection and additional testing where required
  • Powder Coating: Powder thickness and paint finish inspection
  • Final inspection: dimensional and documentation review before dispatch

People-driven quality

Quality depends on skilled people making the right call at the right time—with clear standards and the authority to act.

  • Stop-the-line authority: anyone can pause work to address a quality concern
  • Continuous training: ongoing skills development and certification where required
  • Non-conformance reporting: fast reporting and corrective action to prevent repeat issues
  • Visible KPIs: quality measures reviewed at department level to drive ownership

Continuous improvement

We review performance, investigate issues to root cause, and improve processes so today’s standard becomes tomorrow’s baseline.

  • Structured root-cause problem solving for non-conformances
  • Process risk reviews (FMEA) for new and repeat work
  • Internal audits and regular 5S checks
  • Customer feedback reviewed and actioned
  • Management review to set and track quality objectives

The standard is the standard

From bespoke fabrications to precision assembled components and complex weldments, we apply the same disciplined approach to materials, process control, and inspection.
