What quality standards do you adhere to?
At JC Metalworks, we follow an established framework to ensure the highest quality standards of our work. We are ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 accredited, ensuring our work adheres to stringent quality and environmental procedures.
We build to the exact standards every time. This is thanks to tight tolerance control (down to ±0.1mm), a continuous commitment from every team member for zero tolerance on compromised workmanship. We follow strict in-process inspection and verification, regularly train employees to develop new skills, and conduct frequent internal audits and reviews of our processes to ensure our quality standards are upheld.
How do you manage quality control throughout the fabrication process?
We have developed a quality system known as the 5S. This ensures our workplace is organised and remains consistent to improve safety, reduce errors and deliver quality every time. The 5S stands for:
- Sort: remove waste and anything not needed for the job
- Set in order: well-organised tools and fixtures stored so our team finds what they need quickly
- Shine: cleaning doubles and we perform thorough inspections to spot wear, leaks and drift early
- Standardise: established work instructions and processes available at point of use
- Sustain: regular audits, reviews and ownership at cell level
Where are your manufacturing facilities located?
Our metal fabrication and manufacturing facilities are located in Loughborough, Leicestershire. From here, we fabricate, store and dispatch products to our clients nationwide. As some products we manufacture and assemble are branded or feature plastic or electrical components, we take expert care to ensure products remain in quality condition during storage and shipping.

Yes, absolutely. We provide a complete turnkey solution so you receive products that are fully ready to use. Our end-to-end services include:
- Powder Coating & Finishing: Giving your products a durable, high-quality final finish.
