Can you prototype new cabinet or enclosure designs before volume production?
Yes. Working directly from your drawings, our team utilises flexible profiling tools (fibre lasers and CNC punches) to turn your CAD files into prototypes and initial production batches quickly and cost-effectively.
How do you ensure consistency across high-volume production runs of enclosures and brackets?
By combining automated manufacturing with repeatable tooling and strict quality checks, JC Metalworks ensures every component interchanges seamlessly, regardless of when it was produced.
What are your material and size limits for manufacturing large containment panels?
JC Metalworks works with CR4, hot rolled steel, galvanised steel, Zintec, stainless steel and aluminium. Our sheet size capability extends up to 3000mm × 1500mm. Where a requirement falls outside this envelope, cutting can be outsourced while the majority of fabrication remains in-house.
