Background
From Supplied Visuals to a Finished Retail Display
ISinstore approached JC Metalworks with prepared visuals for new retail display units showcasing Bradstone’s Garden Landscaping Collection. JC Metalworks engineered the design on ISinstore’s behalf.
The project brought together metalwork and client-supplied elements within a coordinated manufacturing and assembly process, with the finished units intended for retail point-of-sale use.
The brief called for a complete route from the initial visual concept through engineering and assembly to finished displays ready for delivery to installers.
Challenge
Integrating Client-Supplied Elements into a Finished Display
ISinstore’s supplied visuals needed to be translated into a practical display while incorporating client-supplied elements. Engineering, manufacturing and assembly therefore had to work together.
Design Translation
The supplied visuals needed to be engineered into a practical retail display unit.
Free-Issue Integration
Client-supplied elements needed to be brought together with the metalwork as part of the assembly process.
Coordinated Assembly
Manufacturing and assembly processes had to work together to complete the display units.
Retail Presentation
The finished units needed to reflect the original visual designs while presenting Bradstone’s Garden Landscaping Collection effectively.
Solution
From Prepared Visuals to Completed Point-of-Sale Units
JC Metalworks engineered the design from ISinstore’s visuals and brought metalwork and free-issue parts together through manufacturing and assembly.
01 · DESIGN ENGINEERING
Engineering the Supplied Visuals
ISinstore supplied prepared visuals for the Bradstone display units. JC Metalworks engineered the design on its behalf, translating the concept into a practical build.
02 · FREE-ISSUE INTEGRATION
Bringing Client-Supplied Elements into the Build
JC Metalworks’ manufacturing and assembly processes brought client-supplied free-issue parts into the build. Its process can also accommodate print, wood, glass and plastic, giving clients flexibility over the elements supplied.
03 · ASSEMBLY & DELIVERY
Completing the Units for Installer Delivery
JC Metalworks assembled the units for delivery to installers. Taking the project through engineering, manufacturing and assembly connected the initial visuals with finished point-of-sale displays for the end consumer.
RESULTS
