25th July 2016 | News
Congratulations to our June Employee of the Month!
It is with great pride that we announce our June Employee of the Month – Balvir Ram!
Balvir has been nominated for the following reasons:
- Commitment to his role
- Consistent hard work
- His ability to always get the job done, even under immense pressure.
Getting to know Balvir
Balvir has been employed with JC Metalworks since 2009 as a welding operative in the fabrication department, and is a valued part of the team. Some of his responsibilities include the preparation and welding of metal componentsbefore being sent to our Powdercoat line. Welding is a crucial part of our function here at JC Metalworks, and the quality of the products that leave our doors heavily relies on the skills and expertise of our welders.
Balvir’s favourite part of working with JC Metalworks is “using different welding techniques and learning new things” and is described by his supervisoras a “team-player with a good work-attitude“.
Outside of work, Balvir enjoys undertaking construction work as a hobby.
Congratulations on your award, Balvir! Keep up the good work!
