		<p>JC Metalworks recent success has resulted in the creation of over 30 new jobs in the last few months. Since the move to Bishop Meadow Road, Loughborough in early 2010 that coincided with the arrival of the new AMADA EMZ3610 CNC Punch, SALVANINI P4X Panel Bender and new Fully Automated Powder Coating plant the company has gone from strength to strength and has won a number of substantial new customers and contracts, operating 24 hours a day the workforce now stands at 80+.<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /?><o:p></o:p></p>
		<p>Managing Director Jason Chauhan said ''The move to Bishop Meadow and the new machinery was the catalyst for JC Metalworks to strengthen our position in the sub-contract sheet metal fabrication market, customers now have extra faith that they will get their goods on time along with the required quality, it gives us great satisfaction to be able to create jobs for the local community''.<o:p></o:p></p>

has changed its name and modernised its brand image to better reflect the
company’s size and ambition. The business will now be known as JC Metalworks
Ltd. Managing Director
Jason Chauhan said, “We knew that many of our customers called us JC and we started with that and developed the new brand identity and renamed the business.”</div>

		<div>5th Floor design agency were appointed to design and develop a new corporate identity and to roll it out across all media and communications. Jason Chauhan explained, "The new identity is modern and clean and reflects the service and
capability of JC. The corporate logo is based on red and links back to the
original logo which served the company well for nearly 25 years.  The new brand communicates everything
the business stands for today - accuracy, efficiency and attention to detail no
matter the size of the job.”<br /></div>

		<h1>J.C. Metal Works Upgrades Powder Coating Technology </h1>
		<div>J.C. Metal Works has completed installing a new ITW Gema powder coating system at its Bishop Meadow Road manufacturing site in Loughborough. ITW Gema are recognised as world leaders in the supply of Automatic Powder Coating Systems . The equipment chosen by J.C. consists of 6 x reciprocator mounted powder guns, powder reclamation booth, Magic Center™, three stage online pre-treatment, drying oven and curing oven.  The entire system is controlled by a PLC panel.</div>

		<div>J.C. Metal Works are sheet metal sub contractors. The company’s recent move into larger premises has enabled its management team to invest in a major upgrade of its in-house powder coating capability.</div>

		<div>Jason Chauhan, Managing Director of J.C. Metal Works, said, “Our customers supply products to major brand owners and they demand the highest quality finish.  The Gema system produces a consistent and even finish on parts which was difficult to maintain with the old manual system.  With the Magic Center™ and powder reclamation booth, we have the capabilities to make fast colour changes and recycle unused powder making the plant extremely efficient.”</div>

		<h1>New Managing Director for J.C. Metal Works</h1>
		<div>Jason Chauhan, Sales Director at J.C. Metal Works, has been appointed managing director of the family business. J.C. Metal Works, based at Bishop Meadow Road, Loughborough is a family owned sheet metal subcontracting business employing 55 staff.  Jason is the son of the company founder, Jack Chauhan, and has worked in the business since leaving university in 1998. Jason joined the company’s board of directors in 2000.</div>

		<div>Jason Chauhan began work at J.C. Metal Works on the shop floor and has experienced every department, most recently managing the sales function. The business moved into its current premises in the summer of 2010 when founder Jack decided the time was right to hand over the reins.</div>

		<div>Jason Chauhan said, “ I have to thank my parents for the chance they have given me and I am aware that I am taking over a well managed successful business. I hope that I can do as well as my father particularly since he will be by my side giving me valuable help and advice. We have always got on and talked openly about the business. I intend to carry on walking the road my father mapped out.”</div>

		<h1>J.C. Metal Works moves to Bishop Meadow Road</h1>
		<div>J.C. Metal Works has acquired a 60,000 sq.ft site on Bishop Meadow Road, Loughborough. The family owned business will relocate all its operations there over the next 12 months. The company plans substantial investments at the site in modern equipment and an expansion of its 50 strong work force. </div>

		<div>The business is family owned and managed by Jack Chauhan, who explains the reason for the move, “We have always had the ambition to grow the business and offer our customers additional capabilities and capacity.  In addition to the relocation, we have implemented a policy of continual investment in modern cutting, forming and finishing machinery."</div>
